Besides being holder of a Capital Markets Services License by MAS in Singapore, MASPL is also registered and regulated in India as a Foreign Institutional Investor (FII) by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). MASPL is based and operates from its office in Singapore and has neither branches nor affiliates in other countries.
